长短叶片混流式水轮机空化特性的数值模拟 被引量:6

摘要 鉴于目前削弱水轮机空化和空蚀存在的问题,以某适用于300m水头的混流式水轮机为例,采用CFD技术计算其运行范围内若干工况的内部流动情况,重点分析其空化和空蚀性能,并比较了采用长短叶片转轮和仅采用长叶片转轮的流场分布及其空化特性。结果表明,采用长短叶片结构的水轮机的转轮内部流态较好,流场分布更加合理,空化性能明显优于仅采用长叶片的水轮机。 Aiming at the impact of different turbine runner on cavitation of Francis turbine,the interior flow field of turbine for 300 mhead under different working conditions was calculated by using the computational fluid dynamics technology.And then the cavitation performance was analyzed.The comparison of flow field distribution and cavitation characteristics on both long and short blades and only long blades were carried out.The results show that the turbine runner with both long and short blades has better flow pattern and reasonable flow field distribution than those only with long ones.
