摘要
中高职3+3分段培养模式是江苏省教育厅现代职教体系构建新模式的试点项目,中高职相近或相同的专业接续,中职、高职各3年,学制连续,旨在培育系统掌握专业理论知识,又具有娴熟实践技能的高素质技术技能型人才。结合机电一体化技术专业中高职3+3分段培养试点过程中的具体问题,提出中高职合作院校思想上要高度重视,加强沟通,建立互动机制,并对两阶段人才培养目标的定位、衔接贯通的课程体系等方面进行探索。
Segmented cultivation of 3+3, a new model of modem vocational education system, is a pilot project signed by Jiangsu Education Department. Secondary and higher vocational education are linked up in the same major or the similar one, both with three years and aim at fostering the technical qualified personnel with specialized theoretical knowledge and higher qualities. This paper sums up the specific problems in segmented cultivation of 3+3 pilot project in mechatronics technology. Secondary and vocational institutions should take it seriously and cooperate with each other to establish interactive mechanism. The orientation of personnel training in two periods and conversion of curriculum system should also be strengthened.
