关于高校干部人事档案管理工作的思考

Reflections on the Personnel Archives Work on Cadres in Colleges

针对高校干部人事档案工作中存在的档案意识、档案管理体制以及干部人事档案的数字化问题进行研究,提出大力普及档案法律法规,建立健全干部人事档案管理办法的建议,在保证档案材料真实性和完整性,实现档案工作规范性和保密性的基础上,实现干部人事档案的数字化及异地备份存储。

Focusing on issues as the weak consciousness of keeping archives, management system and digitization of the personnel archives work, this paper tends to explore and find solutions. It proposes the ideas of promoting and popularizing archives laws and regulations, establishing and improving the management policy for personnel archives of cadres. With the guarantee of authentic and integral archives, the digitization of the personnel records of cadres and off-site backup archives are expected to be achieved, based on standardization and confidentiality of the archives work.
