摘要
电气传动控制系统是整个升船机机电系统的重要组成部分,其性能直接关系到整个升船机的性能及其运行的可靠性和安全性。以三峡工程为例,该工程的升船机传动控制系统设置了"机械同步+电气行程同步"控制和"机械同步+电气出力均衡"控制2种控制方式。主要对三峡升船机的"机械同步+电气行程同步"控制方案的设计控制对象、故障调整状态以及系统的在线调试条件与调试结果等进行了描述。因为该方案主要是通过对承船厢4个驱动点的行程测量来进行位置同步跟踪,所以具有控制精度高、船厢的运行水平度高等特点和优势。
The performance of electric driving control system, an important component of mechanical - electronic system of ship - lift, directly determines the reliability and safety of ship - lift. Aiming at the ship - lift of Three Gorges Project, two con- trol solutions were designed, namely the mechanical synchronization + electric travel synchronization as priority solution, and the mechanical synchronization + electric output equilibrium as supplement solution. We present the structure and characteristics of the priority solution, including design control objects, malfunction adjust state, online debugging conditions for the system, etc. The solution realizes synchronic tracing mainly through the travel measuring of the four driving points of the ship carrying cham- ber, thus possessing advantages of high control accuracy and better chamber horizontal level.
