磷块岩结构构造与其矿物解离关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 研究了磷块岩的结构、构造与其破磨后胶磷矿单体解离的关系,结果表明:块状构造磷块岩中胶磷矿主要呈砾屑结构,磨矿时胶磷矿易解离,粗磨后即可进行浮选;条带(条纹)状构造磷块岩中胶磷矿主要呈粒状、鲕状结构,磨矿时胶磷矿不易解离,需要细磨才可进行浮选;层纹状构造磷块岩中胶磷矿多具凝胶状结构,常包裹粉晶白云石、石英等脉石矿物,磨矿难以使包裹的微细粒脉石矿物解离。该研究可以为磷块岩选矿磨矿提供理论指导。 Study was carried out of the relationship betweentexture and structure of phosphate rock and its broken andground monomer dissociation of coUophane. Results showed thatcellophane in massive structural phosphate rock mainly occurs ingravel-crumb texture, easy to he dissociated in grinding and canbe subject to flotation after coarse grinding. Collophane in phos-phate rock with banded(stripe) structure mainly occurs in granu-lar and oolitic textures, difficult to be dissociated and requiresfine grinding before flotation. CoUophane in the phosphate rockof laminar structure is mainly in gel texture, often wrapped upwith powder crystal dolomite,quartz and other gangue minerals.It is difficult to dissociate the wrapped micro-fine gangue mineralsby grinding. This study can provide a theoretical guidance forgrinding in phosphate rock processing.
