摘要
针对中小型矿山技术、经济等资源有限的实际情况,提出一套矿山采空区预警等级评分方法,该方法采用定量与定性分析相结合的方式,定量分析声发射监测数据等,为预警评分提供科学的数据支持,定性分析采空区基本状态,将预警评分与采矿人员的主观判断相结合,从而使矿山管理者能方便、简单直接、低成本地得到评分等级,及时了解矿山采空区基本稳定状况。此方法应用于鄂东地区普民铁矿以来,为该矿的日常生产活动提供了信息支持和决策依据,表明预警等级评分方法具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。
In light of the actual situations of small and mediumsized mines, a safety pre-warning scoring method for mined-outarea in mines was proposed, which uses combination of quantita-tive analysis and qualitative analysis. The quantitative analysis isto analyze acoustic emission monitoring data, providing scientificdata to support the early warning scoring and the qualitative anal-ysis to analyze the basic status of mined-out areas, combining theearly warning scoring with subjective judgment. This allows minemanagers to get scoring more easily, straightforward and cheaplyand to know the basic stability of mined-out areas in time. Sincethis method is applied to Pumin Iron Mine in eastern Hubei prov-ince, it has provided information support and decision-making ba-sis for the mine's daily production activities, which illustrates thatthe early warning scoring method has a certain guiding signifi-cance and practical value.
