超声造影对肝癌患者微波消融术效果的评估价值

Analysis of the Ultrasonic Imaging Results for the Patients with Hepatic Carcinoma by Microwave Ablation

目的探讨超声造影对肝癌患者微波消融术效果的评估价值。方法将107例肝癌患者纳入本研究,共183个病灶。患者均采取肝癌微波消融术治疗。观察肝癌患者微波消融术后超声造影结果。结果 CECT/CEMRI判断肿瘤完全消融率为90.71%(166/183),肿瘤残存或复发9.29%(17/183),CEUS判断肿瘤完全消融率为91.80%(168/183),肿瘤残存活复发8.20%(15/183)。CEUS判断疗效中,有2例假阴性,1例假阳性。CECT/CEMRI判断疗效中,有1例假阴性,2例假阳性。结论超声造影可以作为评估肝癌患者微波消融术治疗效果的可靠的、有效的方法。

Objective To analyze the ultrasonic imaging results for patients with hepatic carcinoma by microwave abla- tion. Methods 107 cases of patients with hepatic carcinoma by microwave ablation were researched. The ultrasonic imaging re- suits were observed. Results CECT/CEMRI judgment complete tumor ablation rate was 90.71% （166/183） ,9.29% （ 17/183）, tumor residual or recurrence CEUS judgment complete tumor ablation rate was 91.80% （ 168/183 ）, residual tumor recurrence was 8.20% （15/183）. CEUS evaluation of the curative effect, there were 2 cases of negative, 1 case of positive. Then judge the curative effect of CECT/CEMRI, 1 case of negative,2 cases of positive. Conclusion Microwave ablation can be a safe and effective method for the evaluation of efficacy of microwave ablation for patients with hepatic carcinoma.
