水波纹在现代针织面料设计中的应用

Application of water ripple in modern knitting fabric design

从面料色彩(单色、双色、多色)、水波纹造型(标准正弦波、正弦波变形、其它常见水波形态)、针织形态(镂空、疏密、凹凸、多种方式相结合)3个角度阐述水波纹在现代针织面料中丰富多变的应用。研究多种形态的水波纹所涉及到的针织工艺,运用正面线圈、反面线圈、集圈、浮线等线圈形态,结合移圈、摇床、局部编织、松紧密度、间色、嵌花等编织手段实现了水波纹样针织面料的开发。

The paper illustrated the application of water ripple in modern knitting fabric design. Mainly illustrated diverse applications of water ripple in modern knitting fabric from the color of the fabric （ one-color, two-color and multicolor） , the modeling of water ripple （the standard sine wave, the change of the sine wave, other common water ripple）, the knitting form （hollow, density, convex, combination of a variety of ways）. The paper also illustrated the various forms of water ripple related to the knitting process, the development of water ripple knitting fabric by the use of varies loop shape such as front loop, reverse loop, tuck, floating, combined with varies knitting way such as loop transfer, shaker, partly knitting, two- density, color-changing, jacquard.
