壳聚糖基载银抗菌涤纶纱线的制备及其抗菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高涤纶纱线的抗菌性能,采用紫外光照还原的方法,制备了壳聚糖基载银(CS-Ag)复合抗菌整理剂。利用制得的纳米银溶液对涤纶纱线进行抗菌整理,采用扫描电镜观察抗菌纱线的纤维表面形态;测定整理前后纱线的断裂强度与断裂伸长率、上载率、抗菌性能等指标。实验结果表明,当壳聚糖用量为2%时,处理后纱线断裂强度和断裂伸长率较好;当壳聚糖用量为2%,涂层次数为2层时,其上载率提升较大;当壳聚糖用量为2%,涂层数为2层,硝酸银含量为0.8%时,其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径均有较大提升,具有较好的抑菌效果,能显著提升涤纶纱线的抗菌性能,等同参数下该抗菌纱线对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果优于金黄色葡萄球菌,对抗菌涤纶纱线的制备具有一定的参考意义。 In order to achieve the goal of antibacterial functional modification of polyester fibers, the preparation of chitosan base loaded silver (CS-Ag) composite antibacterial finishing agent by the method of ultraviolet light reduction. A suitable finishing process was proposed to treat polyester yarn with nano- silver solutions. The fiber surface of the treated polyester was observed by SEM; the breaking strength, elongation at break, the upload rate, and antibacterial performance of treated polyester yarn were determined. Results showed that the breaking strength and elongation at break of the treated polyester yarns, which was coated with the concentration of chitosan was 2% , was better than others; the upload rate of the treated polyester yarn with the concentration of chitosan was 2% , and the coating number was 2 layer, was obviously improving; the treated polyester yarn with the concentration of chitosan was 2% , the coating was 2 layer, the silver nitrate content was 0.8% , which had significant promotion of the diameter of inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. So the treated polyester can significantly improve the antibacterial properties of the polyester yarn and the bacteriostatic effect of antibacterial yarns against Escherichia coli better than Staphylococcus aureus under the same conditions. This study has certain reference significance to the preparation of antibacterial polyester yarn.
