摘要 镀铬工艺参数的准确检测对镀层性能非常关键,当前的检测系统对相关参数选择不准确,对工艺影响较大。提出一种新的镀铬工艺参数检测系统设计方法,通过实验分析了硫酸盐三价铬镀铬工艺材料和工艺参数特点,分析了p H、电镀时间和铬质量浓度对硫酸盐三价铬镀铬层的影响,确定这三种参数对硫酸盐三价铬镀铬层耐腐蚀性起到的作用。以此为基础设计一种智能化参数检测系统对硫酸盐三价铬镀铬工艺参数进行检测,主要包括主板模块、无线个域网(Zigbee)模块和传感器模块,详细介绍了各模块的硬件设计过程。实验结果表明,该系统不仅能耗低,实际效果较好。 Accurate detection of chromium plating process parameters is critical to the coating performance,the current detection system is not accurate to the related parameters selection,which influences the process greatly. In this paper,a new design method of chromium plating process parameters detecting system was put forward. Through experiments,the plating material and process parameters of sulfate trivalent chromium plating were analyzed,the influences of pH,plating time and chromium mass concentration on the coating were studied,and the effects of these three parameters on corrosion resistance of the coating were confirmed. Based on the above,a new intelligent parameter detecting system was designed for sulfate trivalent chromium plating process parameters detection,including motherboard module,Zigbee module and sensor module,and each module hardware design process was introduced in detail. Experimental results showed that the system not only had low energy consumption,but also had better actual effects.
