电镀废水膜浓缩自动控制系统

Membrane Concentration Automatic Control System for Electroplating Wastewater

介绍了废水处理中运用膜技术进行重金属离子高比例回用时浓缩倍数的自动控制的基本原理,从实用角度分析了运用该系统实现膜浓缩倍数自动控制所采取的主要控制策略。系统综合应用了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC技术),并在实际运用中取得了良好效果。

This paper introduces the basic principle of the automatic control of the concentration multiple when the membrane technology is used in the wastewater treatment. Besides,it analyzes the main control strategy of the automatic control of the membrane concentration multiple from the practical point of view.The system integrates programmable logic controller（ PLC） and has achieved good results in practical application.
