摘要
针对TCP人才培养模式应用于我院工业分析与检验专业的实际,围绕培养技术型、应用型人才的目标,提出了TCP模式下的多元化的学生评价体系.该体系以课堂学习、学科竞赛、创新实践有机融合,知识、能力、素质相互结合,教师、学生共同参评为特点,注重学生的自我认识、自我发展,能较为全面、客观地评价学生学习成绩,在学生实践能力与创新精神培养上收到了良好的效果.
TCP talent cultivation mode is applied in industrial analysis and test specialty. Multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has been proposed in order to cultivate practical talents and technical talents. In this assessment system, contents of assessment include not only course but also subject competition and innovative practice; essentials of evaluation are knowledge, abili- ty and quality. Meanwhile, students can take part in evaluation process in which their self-knowl- edge and self-development can get attention. Thus multi-assessment system of TCP pattern has a good effect on fostering students' practical ability and innovative awareness.
