摘要 从四川锅浪跷水电站施工期水情测报系统的建设目标、设计原则与要求入手,介绍了系统遥测站网布设、系统遥测站结构及功能、传感器选型、通信方式、电源、防雷等设计方案,以及系统中心站网络平台及应用软件功能配置方案。该系统设计方案顺利实施和按期投运后,系统运行稳定,从流域上遥测站自动采集雨水情数据,到传送至中心站自动处理、存储、统计分析,再自动发布到最终用户,中间过程不需要人工干预,基本实现了无人值守运行。 From the construction objective, design principle and the relevant requirement of the hydrological information monito- ring and forecasting system for the construction period of Guolangqiao Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province, the scheme of the system telemetry station network deployment, the system telemetry station structure and function, the sensor selection and the design schemes of the communication mode, power supply, lightning protection, etc. as well as the network platform for the central station and the function deployment scheme of the application softwares are described herein. After the smooth implemen- tation of the design scheme of the system and its starting operation in time, the system stably operates, i.e. the data of rainwater information from the telemetry stations within the river basin are automatically collected and transmitted to th central station for automatic processing, storage and statistic analysis, and then automatically released to the end-users concenrened, without any human interventions in the intermediate process, thus the unattended operation is basically realized.
