摘要
分析了使用热泵回收汽轮机排汽冷凝热的供热系统的变工况性能,提出了一种优化设计方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的准确性。性能分析可得,循环水出口温度升高更有利于提高热泵的性能。使用优化方法模拟分析可知,与传统抽凝工况相比,该系统热效率提高了23.7%,效率从46.8%提高至62.0%。试验结果和模型分析结果基本吻合,误差小于5%,证明了优化分析方法具有较高的准确性,可作为新建项目的设计依据。
Analyses the variable condition performance of heating system applying heat pump to recover the turbine exhaust condensing heat, proposes an optimizational design method and verifies its accuracy with test. The performance analysis result shows that the increase of circulating water outlet temperature is more conducive to improve the performance of heat pump. By simulation analysis with optimization method, finds out that thermal efficiency of the system is increased by 23.7%, and exergy efficiency of heating system is also increased from 46.8% to 62.0% compared with traditional heating condition. The test result and the analysis result of model are consistent, with the error less than 5%. It shows that the optimization analysis method has high accuracy, which can be used as the design principle for new projects.
