摘要
研究不同种类的稀释剂、固化剂在不同用量下对化学锚栓用胶粘剂抗压强度、拉拔强度、固化时间等性能的影响,通过使用1,4-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基戊二胺和环烷酸铜等原料,制备出一种能低温固化的高强度化学锚栓用胶粘剂,此类胶粘剂主要用于化学锚栓锚固工程中。
This paper studies the effect of different types of diluents and curing agents at different dosage on the compressive strength,pulling strength and curing time of adhesive for chemical anchor use. Through the use of 1,4-butanediol dimethacrylate, methyl pentane diamine and copper naphthenate as raw material,a high-strength low-temperature curing adhesive for chemical anchor use can be prepared for chemical anchor anchoring engineering.
