建筑砂浆机械化施工关键指标研究

Research on critical indicators of mechanization construction of building mortar

随着建筑业劳动力成本逐年增加、建设工程质量要求不断提高等因素的推动,普通建筑砂浆的机械化施工由于具备环保、效率高、劳动强度低、工程质量好以及材料损耗少等优点,显示出强有力的市场竞争性。但由于建筑砂浆机械化施工关键指标等研究的滞后阻碍了机喷砂浆的发展。从多角度研究普通建筑砂浆机喷效果的影响因素,提出机喷砂浆的优异喷涂性能控制要点,为机械化施工的普通砂浆配方研制提供一定参考。

As the construction quality requirements and labor costs continue to increase year by year, the mechanization construction of mortar exhibit strong market competition due to its good environmental protection,high efficiency,low labor intensity, good construction quality,and less material loss,etc. However, lack of researches on key indicators influencing mortar spraying retard the development of mechanization. In this paper, influencing factors and control points on performance of ordinary building mortar spraying are discussed and proposed from multiple perspectives,which provide a reference for the formula development of spraying mortar.
