摘要
以H2O2为发泡剂,以玻璃粉、矿渣、碱激发剂等为原料制备地聚合物基泡沫混凝土。考察碱激发剂模数、玻璃粉/矿渣质量比、碱激发剂用量、H2O2用量等因素对泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度和导热系数等性能影响。结果表明:当碱激发剂模数为1.2,玻璃粉/矿渣质量比为10%,碱激发剂用量为15%,H2O2用量为5%时,泡沫混凝土的综合性能最佳,干密度为409.3 kg/m3,抗压强度为1.64 MPa,导热系数为0.088 W/(m·K)。
Using H2O2 as foam agent, geopolymer foamed concrete were prepared with glass powder, slag and alkali activator as starting materials. The experimental parameters,which affected the dry apparent density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete were discussed,such as modulus of alkali activator, glass powder to slag weight ratio,alkali activator contents and H2O2 contents. The result exhibits the best properties with dry apparent density of 409.3 kg/m^3,compressive strength of 1.64 MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.088 W/(m·K) when modulus of alkali activator is 1.2,glass powder to Slag weight ratio is 10%,alkali activator content is 15%,and H2O2 content is 5%.
