摘要
粉煤灰与矿粉以不同比例复掺作为掺合料,取代20%水泥,采用化学法制备泡沫混凝土。分析了2种掺合料不同比例对泡沫混凝土发泡倍数、浆体稳定性、干表观密度、抗压强度、体积吸水率、导热系数的影响。结果表明,按m(粉煤灰)∶m(矿粉)=2∶3^(1∶1)复掺时,制备的泡沫混凝土浆体稳定性较好,干密度和导热系数较低,抗压强度相对较高。
Admixture with different proportion of fly ash and slag powder replace 20% cement to prepare foam concrete by chemical method,and analyzed the influence of foaming muhiple,slurry stability,dry apparent density, compressive strength,volumetric absorption thermal conductivity on the base of content of different proportion of fly ash and slag powder. The result showed that when re(fly ash):m(slag powder) is (2:3)-(1:1),the prepared foamed concrete slurry had preferable stability, low dry apparent density and thermal conductivity, and high compressive strength.
