微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定固体生物质燃料中的砷含量 被引量:2

摘要 提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定固体生物质燃料中砷含量的方法。取样品0.100O-0.2000g,加入硝酸5mL和过氧化氢2mL,微波消解并加适量水稀释至一定体积,用此溶液直接进行电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中砷的含量。选择分析谱线为189.042nm,须作背景扣除校正。砷的线性范围为5.0mg·L^-1以内,检出限(3s)为0.006mg·kg^-1。按此方法分析了3个标准物质(GBW10015,GBW10024,GBW07602),测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。应用此方法分析了5种实样,并用原子荧光光谱法作分析比对,结果表明两方法的测定结果相符。 A method for the determination of arsenic in solid biomass fuel was proposed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The sample (0. 100 0- 0. 200 0 g) was digested in microwave digestor with 5 mL of HNO3 and 2 mL of H2O2. The solution was made up to a difinite volume with water and used directly for ICP-AES determination of its arsenic content. Spectral line of 189. 042 nm was chosen as analytical line and correction by deduction of background was performed. Linearity range of arsenic was within 5. 0 mg·L^-1. Value of detection limit (3s) found was 0. 006 mg·kg^-1. 3 CRM's (GBW 10015, GBW 10024, GBW 07602) were analyzed by the proposed method, giving results of arsenic contents in consistency with the certified values, with RSD's (n= 6) less than 5%. 5 kinds of substantial samples were analyzed by this method and the results of arsenic contents were checked by parallel analysis with AFS. It was shown that consistent results were obtained by the 2 methods.
