摘要
该文首先从理论上分析了环境污染、环境保护投资与地区经济发展之间的关系。然后,运用空间面板滞后模型实证检验了我国31个省份的环保投资差异与环保投资的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:我国的环保投资具有明显的区域差异和空间溢出效应,环保投资对区域经济发展格局有重要的影响。最后,该文分别从宏观、中观和微观层面对我国的环境保护提出了具体的政策建议。
With theoretical analysis of the relationship between environmental pollution, investment in environmental protection and regional economic development, the paper uses the spatial lag panel model to test the：difference of environmental investment among 31 provinces in China and its spatial spillover effects. The results show a significant gap between the east and the west and the space spillover effect in the environmental investment. Furthermore, the temporal spillover effect is more than the spatial effect, and the investment in environmental protection affects the regional economic development pattern.
