摘要
目的:了解乡镇卫生院医务人员的工作现状,为乡镇卫生院管理体制改革提供借鉴。方法:采用分层抽样对江苏、浙江和河南三省中5个市(县)的10所乡镇卫生院256名医务人员工作现状进行问卷调查,对相关人员进行深度访谈。结果:乡镇卫生院医务人员工作强度大、工作时间透支。压力较大,工作环境不能满足大部分医务人员的需求。工作情绪波动较大,提高收入成为医务人员的普遍诉求。结论:乡镇卫生院管理机构应当加强人才队伍的建设,改善工作环境,提高工资待遇,完善绩效制度,有效的改善医务人员当前的工作现状。
To study the status of medical staffs in township health centers, and provide references for reform on township health centers. Methods 256 cases of medical staffs were sampled from 10 township health centers of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Henan Province, and surveyed with questionnaires and in-depth interview. Results The medical staffs in township health centers underwent higher working intensity, overlong working time, worse working environment and lower income. Conclusion It is suggested to reinforce talents team construction, improve working conditions, increase income, and perfect performance system.
