Forestry Development in Economic Transition

文章简略地论述了改革前中国经济的状况,包括:发展的目标、策略和绩效,农业和农民收入的变化。分析了我国选择计划经济体制和林区发展滞后的原因,总结了中国经济转型的特点、绩效和经验,概括了国家林业政策导向和管理方式的变迁,探讨了中国林业转型的目标和路径。

This paper briefly discusses economic status in China before reform such as the goods, strategies and per- formance of development and changes in agriculture and farmers ＇ income. Analyzed the reason forthe selection of planned economy system and behind development of forest areas, analyses the characteristics, performance and ex- perience about economic transformation of China, summed up the changes of national forestry policy and manage- ment methods, discusses the goal and way of Chinese forestry transformation.
