摘要 气候变暖已成为全球最突出的环境问题之一,国家木质林产品碳库的储碳贡献问题已成为《联合国气候变化框架公约》谈判中的重点林业议题。文章基于气候变化框架与2013IPCC指南,分析了碳库碳流动机制,核算1964~2014年中国木质林产品碳库的碳流动与碳平衡,继而评估综合减排贡献。研究显示:我国木质林产品的总碳储量不断增长,2014年为70556万t,硬木类产品年增长量约占95%。近十年,林产品碳替代能源减排量为加工碳排放的12倍。2014年综合碳储存与碳替代年度贡献达7614万t,年均减排量为中国能源消耗排放CO2的2.5%。 Climate change has become a paramount issue worldwide.The ability of carbon sink associated with har- vested wood products (HWP)plays an important role in the climate mitigation. The accounting of the carbon con- tribution of national HWP carbon pool has already been listed as one of the key topics of negotiation in United Na- tions Framework Convention on Climate Change. Underthe IPCC framework and guidelines, this article elaborat- ed the mechanisms of carbon flow of China's HVC-P carbon pool, and estimated and analyzed the balance and con- tribution to carbon mitigation from 1964 to 2014. Research results showed that the carbon stock in HWP carbon pool increased to 705.6 millionton in 2014. Annual increment of the carbon stock of solid wood products reached approximately 95% of the annual total amount. The reductions in carbon emissions were about 12 times the size of the emissions during the last decade. Furthermore, the net carbon removals and reductions increased to 76.1million- ton in 2014.
