摘要
目的:中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)能够发挥强有力的促炎、促血栓形成、细胞毒作用,本研究旨在探索急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)与NETs的相关性。方法:随机入选发病12 h内入住西安交通大学第一附属医院CCU行急诊PCI的STEMI患者30例,抽取梗死相关冠状动脉血及外周动脉血;应用免疫荧光染色及免疫酶标法检测NETs及其相关结构,分析NETs及其相关结构与STEMI的相关性。结果:梗死相关冠状动脉血中可见NETs结构,外周动脉血中未有明显的NETs结构形成;梗死相关冠状动脉血中可见大量的NETs相关结构dsDNA生成,与外周动脉血相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);梗死相关冠状动脉血与外周动脉血中NETs相关结构dsDNA呈正相关(Pearson′s P=0.479,P<0.05)。结论:NETs及其相关结构可能与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的发生相关。
Objective To examine the correlation beteeen neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods Blood from the infarct-related coronary artery (ICA) and peripheral arterial blood were collected during primary percutaneous revascularization in 30 patients with STEMI .Immunofluorescence was performed to analyse the NETs and dsDNA as well as their correlation with the STEMI. Results Confocal microscopy experiments revealed that accumulated NETs were observed in ICA of patients with acute STEMI rather than in peripheral arterial of patients with STEMI. There was positive relationship between NETs and dsDNA in ICA and peripheral arterial blood (Pearson's P = 0.479, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions NETs and the related structure may be related to STEMI.
