摘要
"互联网+"行动计划作为国家战略的一部分,为海洋经济的发展提供了新思路。基于对"互联网+海洋经济"的概念界定,从互联网平台、互联网企业、互联网营销及互联网消费群体四个方面,尝试探索"互联网+"与海洋经济的融合,并进一步对"互联网+海洋经济"的功能进行探讨。在此基础上,从传统海洋产业、新兴海洋产业两个层面探究"互联网+"与海洋产业融合的实现路径。
"Internet plus" action plan as part of the national strategy, provides a new idea for the development of marine economy. This paper tries to explore the integration of Internet plus and marine economy, and further to explore the function of "Internet plus marine economy" from the four aspects of Internet platform, Internet companies, Internet marketing and Internet consumer groups, based on the definition of "Internet plus marine economy". On this basis, it explores the integration path of Internet plus and the marine industries from the two aspects of traditional marine industries and emerging marine industries.
