摘要
根据汽车车身结构件特点设计了非等高非等宽U型件,并以此为目标开展了高强钢热冲压成形研究。通过金相观察、拉伸试验、硬度测试、激光扫描等途径,对冲压件的显微组织、力学性能、特别是回弹情况进行了全面分析。此外,基于Dynaform有限元软件进行了热冲压全过程仿真,并分析了成形过程中的温度变化以及减薄与破裂等行为。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好。
According to the characteristic of car body structures, an unequal-high and unequal-wide U-shaped part was designed, and taking the part as the target, hot stamping forming of high strength steel was studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties, especially springback of the stamping parts were overall analyzed through metallographic observation, tensile test, hardness test, and laser scanning, etc. Additionally, the whole process of hot stamping was simulated based on the Dynaform FE software. Temperature variation and the behavior of the thinning and rupture during the forming process were analyzed. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
