摘要 基于Origin软件对无机磷酸盐粘结剂进行线性和非线性拟合,建立加水量和密度之间的拟合方程。研究了合成无机磷酸盐粘结剂时加水量和密度之间的关系,并通过Origin软件结合试验数据建立密度模型。试验结果表明,该密度模型有着较高的预测精度,能精确控制生产过程中磷酸盐粘结剂的密度。 Linear and nonlinear fitting to inorganic phosphate binder based on the Origin software was carried out, and the fitting equation between water content and density was established. The relationship between water content and density of the synthesis inorganic phosphate binder was studied, and the density model was set up through origin software, combined with experimental data. The experimental results show that the density model has higher prediction precision and can accurately control the density of phosphate binder during production.
