摘要
根据叉车左桥壳的材质要求和铸件结构特点,制定了桥壳铸造工艺方案。运用ProCAST软件对制定的工艺方案进行模拟分析,预测出桥壳铸件缩孔缩松分布位置;并分析铸件在铸造过程中缺陷产生的原因,对铸造工艺方案进行优化和改进。通过在缺陷较多的中间凸缘厚壁处增设侧冒口,明显减少了铸件的缩孔缩松,有效地提高了铸件质量。
According to the material requirement and structure features of the left axle housing of forklift truck, the casting process was designed. The casting process was simulated by using ProCAST software, and the casting porosity was predicted. Based on the analysis of the causes of casting defects, the casting process was optimized and improved. Adding side riser in the thick wall of middle flange reduces the casting porosity obviously, and improves the casting quality effectively.
