摘要
为了得到冷辗扩高速铁路机车用轴承内圈最优工艺参数,基于交互正交试验,在ABAQUS平台进行了冷辗扩过程的数值模拟。以轴承内圈的内孔圆度作为指标进行了极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,驱动辊转速和芯辊第六工序进给速度与驱动辊转速的交互作用对内孔圆度影响显著;工艺参数的最优组合为:芯辊第一、第六工序进给速度分别是1、0.2 mm/s,驱动辊转速是14 rad/s。
In order to get the optimal process parameters of the inner ring of the cold rolling high speed railway locomotive, the cold rolling process was numerically simulated in the ABAQUS platform based on the interactive orthogonal experiments. Taking the inner hole roundness of bearing inner ring as index, the range analysis and variance analysis were carried out. The results indicate that the influences of driving roller speed and the core roller sixth step feed speed and driving roller speed interaction on roundness are remarkable; the optimal combination of process parameters is that feed speeds of the first and sixth core roller are 1 mm/s and 0.2 mm/s respectively, and the driving roller speed is 14 rad/s.
