高强钢热轧变形及应力弛豫对Ti-Nb碳氮化物析出的影响

摘要 利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机进行了高强工程机械钢HG70(0.08%C-0.13%Ti-0.005%Nb)铸坯试样的压缩变形,研究了变形后试样不同温度等温弛豫过程中Ti-Nb碳氮化合物的析出行为。结果表明:高温大变形和等温弛豫过程会导致碳化物粒子弥散地析出在铁素体基体上,在热轧过程中应变诱导析出主要在离散位错胞和晶界上形核,变形弛豫后的析出粒子80%都在185 nm以下。弛豫时间延长,析出粒子长大。 Compressive deformation of high strength engineering mechanical steel HG70 (0.08%C-0.13%Ti-0.005%Nb) casting billet samples was carried out by using the thermal simulation test machine Gleeble1500. The precipitation behavior of Ti-Nb carbon compounds after deformation of samples and isothermal relaxation at different temperatures was studied. The results show that high temperature and large deformation and isothermal relaxation process can lead to the carbide particles separating in ferrite matrix. Precipitation induced by strain in the hot rolling process is mainly nucleation in the discrete dislocation cell and the grain boundary. 80% precipitation particles after deformation and relaxation are below 185 nm. When relaxation time prolongs, precipitation particles grow.
