摘要
对铝合金某筒体挤压件进行工艺分析,设计了下模镶块。使用Deform3D锻造工艺仿真软件对筒体挤压件的成形过程进行了模拟。对筒体挤压件出现的折叠缺陷和角部充不满进行了分析。根据模拟结果和缺陷分析,对挤压件进行了工艺和模具改进。结果表明,改进工艺和模具后,试验出来的铝合金薄壁筒形件充填完好、脱模方便、没有任何缺陷。
The process of aluminum alloy cylinder extrusion parts was analyzed, and the die insert was designed. The forming process of the cylinder extrusion parts was simulated by using the Deform3D forging process simulation software. The folding defects and incomplete filling comer of the cylinder extrusion parts were analyzed. According to the simulation results and the analysis of the defects, the process and the die improvement of the extrusion parts were carried out. The results show that after the improving process and die, filling of the tested aluminum alloy thin-walled cylindrical pieces is good and die unloading is convenient, and it has no defects.
