摘要
探讨了不同挤压温度对针梁挤压力、表面质量和力学性能的影响,从微观方面研究了组织和性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着挤压温度的升高,挤压力下降;型材表面出现颜色不一致的条带,相应的抗拉强度和屈服强度降低。
The effects of different extrusion temperatures on the extrusion force, surface quality and mechanical properties of the needle beam were discussed. The relationship between the mechanical properties and the microstructure was studied from the microscopic aspects. The results show that with the increase of extrusion temperature, the extrusion force decreases; the uneven color belt occurs on profile surfaces, and corresponding tensile strength and yield strength decrease.
