摘要
分析了IF钢应变硬化指数n值的影响因素,探讨了影响IF钢n值的主要工艺因素。对应变硬化指数进行了优化。结果表明,降低碳含量(0.0020%→0.0013%)和钛含量(0.07%→0.06%)、提高轧后冷却速度、提高退火温度(820→840℃)和降低平整伸长率(0.8%→0.6%),可以明显提高IF钢的n值。
Influence factors of strain hardening exponent n value of IF steel were analyzed. The main technological factors influencing the n value of IF steel were discussed. The strain hardening exponent was optimized. The results show that reducing carbon content (0.0020%→0.0013 %) and titanium content (0.07%→0.06%), improving the cooling rate after rolling, increasing annealing temperature (820→840℃) and reducing flattening elongation (0.8%→0.6%) can significantly improve the n value of IF steel
