7075铝合金搅拌摩擦焊构件时效成形回弹率与拉伸性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 本试验对7075合金搅拌摩擦焊焊件与非焊件进行了180℃不同保温时长的时效处理与时效成形处理,并对处理后工件进行了拉伸力学性能测试,研究了工件回弹率、抗拉强度与伸长率变化规律,总结了搅拌摩擦焊工艺对工件时效成形回弹率与拉伸性能影响以及不同热处理工艺对焊件拉伸性能变化的影响。研究发现,焊件回弹率、抗拉强度以及伸长率均低于同等处理工艺非焊件。这对实际生产有着一定的指导意义。 The aging treatment and age forming treatment at 180℃ with different holding time were carried out for 7075 alloy FSW weldments and original workpiece, and the mechanical properties were tested. The springback rate, tensile strength and elongation of the workpiece were studied, and the influence of FSW on the springback rate and tensile properties and different heat treatment on the tensile properties component were summarized. The results show that the springback rate, tensile strength and elongation of 7075 alloy FSW weldments are lower than that of the original workpiece. It has a certain guiding significance to the actual production.
