核电站常规岛管道用WB36CN1钢焊接试验研究

摘要 对WB36CN1钢进口和国产焊接材料的成分、力学性能进行了对比。采用进口和国产焊接材料进行了钢管6G焊接试验,测试了熔敷金属的化学成分和焊接接头的力学性能,并观察了焊接接头的显微组织。结果显示,采用国产焊材得到的焊接接头的力学性能指标均满足WB36CN1钢要求。 The composition, mechanical properties of imported and domestic welding materials for WB36CN1 steel were compared. The 6G welding tests of steel tube were carried out by using imported and domestic welding materials. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of welded joints were tested, and the microstructure of welded joints was observed. The results show that the mechanical properties of welded joints obtained by using domestic welding material can meet the requirements of WB36CN1 steel.
