大线能量埋弧焊烧结焊剂研究

摘要 采用均匀设计法对大线能量埋弧焊新型焊剂进行设计,选择了12种方案分别进行埋弧自动焊接,考察各自的工艺性能,并对工艺性能良好的2种方案进行了接头低温冲击韧性试验、拉伸强度试验以及金相组织分析。结果表明,所研制的12种配方中,4号方案的焊剂焊接接头综合性能最佳,各项力学性能均达到中国船级社3Y级标准。 Uniform design method was used to design a new type of welding flux for large wire energy submerged arc welding. 12 schemes were chosen to carry out the automatic welding of submerged arc, the process performance of each one was investigated, and 2 kinds of schemes with good performance were chosen out to carry on the low temperature impact toughness test, tensile strength test and metallographic structure analysis. The results show that, in the 12 formulations being developed, No.4 has the best comprehensive performance of the welded joint, and all the mechanical properties are up to 3Y standard of china classification society.
