新常态下农林院校园艺学科就业创业状况探究

Research on the Employment Situation of Horticulture Major in Agricultural and Forestry Universities under New Norms

新常态下农林院校园艺学科就业创业教育中存在问题,主要为不愿意下基层,职业迷茫,无创业能力。政府、高校和学生应从"三个层面"出发,构建农林院校就业创业教育全程化、现实化、专业化、实践化和精准化的"三面五化"模式,以促进农林院校就业创业工作。

Under the new normal condition, there are some problems in the employment and entrepreneurship education of horticulture in Agricultural and Forestry University, mainly because of refusing to go to grass-roots level, confusing on employment and without entrepreneurial ability. Government, universities and students should build the whole process, reality, specialization, practice and precision of the ＂three sides of five models＂ on employment and entrepreneurship education to promote employment and entrepreneurship of Agriculture and Forestry University.
