摘要
教学秘书作为高校教学管理的一线管理人员,其业务水平、综合素质、服务水平直接影响到教学质量的高低。在分析当前二级学院教学秘书工作职业困境及成因分析的基础上,提出二级学院教学秘书心理契约激励管理模式和共同参与绩效管理模式,提出新时期教学秘书工作的具体策略。
As the first-line administrative staff in secondary schools of university, teaching secretary's professional skill, overall quality and service level affect teaching quality directly. Based on analysis of teaching secretary's career dilemma and its causes, this paper provides motivation management mode of psychological contract and co-participating performance management mode. Specific strategies for secretary's work in new era are also put forward.
