摘要
我国经济的快速发展,社会对高校培养的人才要求也越来越高。人力资源管理重点课程建设无法适应新的需求,需要从教学理念、实践教学的创新,课程资源的开拓,实验平台建设等方面,促进应用型高校在重点建设的课程方面的顺利开展。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the social requirement of talent cultivation in colleges and universities is becoming higher. The key course construction of human resource management can't adapt to the new requirements, so it needs to promote applied in the course of key construction of colleges and universities from the innovation of the teaching idea and the practice teaching, curriculum resource development, experiment platform construction and etc.
