摘要
高校土木工程类应用型人才培养目标和对接职业岗位标准是土木工程专业学科建设的基本方向。土木工程学院人才培养目标和规格应符合岗位需求,双师型师资队伍建设应关注教师的实践水平,应遵循标准化,教学基本建设应注重实际应用,实践教学平台和实践环节教学、创新创业教育等方面应强化校企合作。
The fundamentalism direction of the discipline construction in college civil engineering is about the training goal of applied talents and its corresponding standards of professional posts. Both the talent-training objectives and standards should meet the requirements of posts. The construction of "Double- qualifications" should give special focus on teachers' practical level and follow the standardization. Moreover, teaching infrastructure should lay emphasis on practical application, and school-enterprise cooperation should also be strengthened regarding teaching platform, internship and practical training as well as enterprising education.
