摘要
教育改革不断深化,高校之间出现了激烈竞争,其人员流失现象日趋严重。在新形势下,高校如何留住管理方面的人员,激发教师对待工作的兴趣和热情,加强绩效管理,是每个高校都急需解决的问题。高校教师绩效管理制度和激励体系建设就显得尤为重要。高校教师绩效管理制度和激励体系建设应有效结合,形成合理制度,将薪酬、福利、培训、发展等激励措施融为一体。
With the increasing deepening of the education reform, there is fierce competition between colleges and universities and more serious brain drain nowadays. Under this new situation, the problems are urgently to be solved regarding how to retain managerial staff, how to stimulate teachers' interest and zeal towards teaching as well as how to strengthen performance management. In such case, constructing the systems of university teachers' performance management and incentive is becoming particularly important. The construction of university teachers' performance management system should be integrated with that of inspiration system effectively, and rational regulations should be formed to fuse payment, welfare, training and development all together.
