高职专业教师企业实践实效性探究

Research on the Effectiveness of Enterprise Practice of Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过安排专业教师进行企业实践能够有效地提高高职院校的实践教学水平。当前,由于相关机制不够完善,教师进行企业实践的可操作性和实效性不能满足社会对教师企业的要求。高职院校应该建立严格的考核体制提出教师的积极性,法律法规部门应该建立有效的管理体制约束企业行为,达到提高教师的实践能力的目的。

The practical teaching level of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges can be effectively improved by being arranged to carry out enterprise practice. However, the practicability and effective can be guaranteed to meet the demands of the society for the teachers due to the incomplete mechanisms. With the aim of improving practical ability among teachers, higher vocational colleges should build up rigid assessing systems to motivate teachers, in addition, laws and regulations department should establish effective management system to restrict the behavior of enterprises.
