地方高校商务英语人才校企合作培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Business English Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

当前,我国地方商务英语人才在培养模式方面现在正逐步转变为校企合作模式,在校企合作模式下,如何实现商务英语专业人才的合理培养,需要引起的足够重视,地方高校商务英语专业的人才就业目标应该对准相关企业,从师资力量、教学手段以及校企合作方案等方面进行相应的改革与优化,有效促进产学研教学模式的构建和实施,有效提高学生的创新能力。因此,现对地方高校商务英语人才校企合作培养模式进行了研究。

At present, China＇s local talent training mode in the business English is gradually turned to the school enterprise cooperation mode, how to cultivate talents majoring in business English, we need to pay enough attention, professional business English talents in local colleges and universities employment goals should be aimed at the relevant enterprises, optimize and reform from the aspects of teachers, teaching methods and the school enterprise cooperation plans, promote the construction and implementation of the mode of teaching, improve students＇ innovative ability. Therefore, this paper studies the training mode of business English talents in local colleges and universities.
