高职院校实践教学中职业价值观培育研究

作为院校职业指引的关键构成份子,职业价值观培育的核心是锻炼大学生职业价值评估和职业价值筛选的实力。当前,政府机关总体方针的确立、院校职业指引制度的日渐建立、职业指引者修养的提升以及高等职业院校毕业生就业理念的慢慢扭转,给高等职业院校开创职业价值观培育提供了足够的演练前提。以规定条例为保证,以实践为载体,以考核实现职业价值观的培养目标。
