摘要
作为院校职业指引的关键构成份子,职业价值观培育的核心是锻炼大学生职业价值评估和职业价值筛选的实力。当前,政府机关总体方针的确立、院校职业指引制度的日渐建立、职业指引者修养的提升以及高等职业院校毕业生就业理念的慢慢扭转,给高等职业院校开创职业价值观培育提供了足够的演练前提。以规定条例为保证,以实践为载体,以考核实现职业价值观的培养目标。
As the key component of vocational guidance, the core of vocational value cultivation is to cultivate the capacities of the vocational value assessment and vocational value screening of vocational university students. At present, the establishment of the general policy from the government, the establishment of the vocational guidance system from the universities, the promotion of vocational guidance and the gradual change of the employment concept of the graduates provide enough spaces for cultivating vocational with a guarantee of regulations, a carrier of practice to examine the training objective of the vocational values.
