摘要
为解决日益加剧的城市洪涝灾害,我国颁布实施《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》。人工湿地作为一种低影响开发设施,其较好的吸纳径流、去除污染及景观价值方面的优势必将在径流总量/污染控制中发挥重要作用。根据《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》的建议,对人工湿地在"海绵城市"建设中的应用价值和作用,以及设计时相对于传统人工湿地设计的不同和特点进行了分析总结,以期对人工湿地在"海绵城市"规划设计及应用方面提供帮助。
Aimed at mitigating the increasing occurrence of flood disasters in cities, Chinese gov- ernment is promoting the implementation of Sponge City Development Technical Guide : Low Impact Devel- opment. Constructed wetland ( CW), as a kind of low impact development facility, can play a critical role in reduction of runoff volume and control of runoff pollution with its superiorities in runoff retention, pollution reduction and high landscape value. Based on the guide, the role and value of CW in sponge city construction as well as the difference and characteristics in CW's design compared with its applica- tion in wastewater treatment were analyzed and summarized to help the planning, design and application of CW system in sponge city.
