Design and Operation of Third-phase Expansion Project of Qingdao Licunhe WWTP by Five-stage Bardenpho and MBBR Process

摘要 青岛李村河污水处理厂三期扩建工程设计规模为8×10~4m^3/d,采取在原厂内扩建的建设方式,主工艺为Bardenpho五段法+MBBR。详细介绍了各单元的设计参数和设计特点。实际运行结果表明,该工程的设计布局合理,技术选用适宜,能够适应不同环境条件下的运行需求,各项出水指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。 The design capacity of the third-phase expansion project of Qingdao Licunhe WWTPwas 8 x 10^4 m3/d, and the construction was performed at the original site. The combined process of five-stage Bardenpho and MBBR was adopted. The design parameters and characteristics of each unit processwere introduced. The operation practice showed that the project had reasonable design layout and appro-priate technology choice, and it could meet the operation requirements under different environment condi-tions. The effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollu-tants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
