摘要
南京市东阳污水处理厂一期工程设计规模为5.0×10~4m^3/d,污水生物处理采用MBR工艺,PVDF中空纤维膜丝采用海藻式固定方式,尾水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。运行结果表明,出水水质稳定达标。介绍了该工程的设计特点及实际运行情况,并指出了应用MBR工艺的注意事项。
The design capacity of the first-phase project of Dongyang WWTP in Nanjing was 5.0 x10^4 m3/d, MBR process was applied to biological wastewater treatment, PVDF hollow fiber membrane fi-bers were fixed in seaweed form. The effluent quality was required to meet the first class A criteria speci-fied in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The operation results indicated that the final effluent quality could meet the discharge standard.The design features and the actual operation of the project were introduced, and the matters needing at-tention in the application of MBR process were pointed out.
