摘要
介绍了重庆市悦来水厂一、二期工程高密度澄清池的设计优化,以改善在不同工况下尤其是低温低浊条件下的运行效果;实践证明改善高密度澄清池结构,尤其是对推流区及沉淀区进口挡板的优化,以及针对不同工况下的运行条件的优化,如高密度澄清池排泥及循环污泥系统设计优化、投加混凝剂的优化,能有效提高絮凝效果及沉淀效果。
The design optimization of high-rate clarifier in the first-phase and second-phase pro-jects of Chongqing Yuelai Waterworks was introduced to improve the operation effect under different con-ditions especially low temperature and low turbidity. The practice showed that the effect of flocculationand sedimentation could effectively be improved by improving the structure of high-rate clarifier, especial-ly optimization of inlet baffles in plug flow zone and sedimentation zone, and optimization of the operatingconditions under different working conditions, such as design optimization of sludge discharge and circu-lation system, and optimization of coagulant addition.
