SBR处理高氨氮煤制甲醇及系列深加工废水 被引量:6

Design and Operation Effect of SBR for Treatment of High Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater from Production of Methanol and Its Derivatives

摘要 桌煤制甲醇及系列深加工企业生产废水COD为800~2 214 mg/L,氨氮为41.6~242.7 mg/L。采用以SBR为主的生化处理工艺,经过280天的生产运行表明,SBR对有机物和氨氮有非常好的处理效果。在进水COD平均值为1 570 mg/L、氨氮平均值为177.6 mg/L时,出水COD和氨氮的平均值分别为52.8 mg/L和2.2 mg/L,平均去除率分别为96.5%和97.8%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978--1996)的一级标准。 The concentrations of COD and NH3 - N in wastewater produced from production ofmethanol and its derivatives in a coal chemical plant were about 800 mg/L to 2 214 mg/L and 41.6 mg/Lto 242.7 mg/L, respectively. The biochemical process composed mainly of SBR was selected for treat-ment of this type of wastewater. During the operation of 280 days, the SBR system performed well intreatment of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen. When the average concentrations of COD and NH3 - Nin the influent were 1 570 mg/L and 177.6 mg/L, the average concentrations of COD and NH3 - N inthe effluent were 52.8 mg/L and 2.2 mg/L, with the average removal rates of 96.5% and 97.8%, re-spectively. The effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Integrated WastewaterDischarge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
