采用铁碳催化微电解处理PAN基纤维生产废水 被引量:3

Treatment of Wastewater from PAN Fiber Production by Catalytic Iron-carbon Micro-electrolysis

摘要 针对甘肃某企业PAN基纤维生产废水特点,采用铁碳催化微电解处理工艺,处理水量为1 668 m^3/d。工程运行结果表明,对COD、丙烯腈、SS的去除率分别可达到94.1%、98.7%、92%以上,其中进水COD平均值为982 mg/L、丙烯腈为151.08 mg/L、SS为353 mg/L、pH值为3.6;出水平均COD为57.9 mg/L、丙烯腈为1.97 mg/L、SS为28.2 mg/L、pH值为6.5,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度一级标准。 According to the characteristics of the wastewater from a PAN fiber enterprise m IAansuProvince, the catalytic iron-carbon micro-electrolysis treatment process with a treatment capacity of 1 668mS/d was adopted. The operation results of the project showed that the removal rates of COD, acryloni-trile and SS were over 94.1%, 98.7% and 92%, respectively. During the experiment, the influentCOD, acrylonitrile, SS and pH were 982 rag/L, 151.08 rag/L, 353 mg/L and 3.6, respectively, andthe effluent COD, acrylonitrile, SS and pH were 57.9 rag/L, 1.97 rag/L, 28.2 mg/L and 6.5, respec-tively. The final effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Integrated WastewaterDischarge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
